Divine Design+Build, established in 2004 is the premier design/build company in Boston. We operate generally in Boston and within the I-95 corridor. We specialize in high end kitchens, bathrooms, whole house renovations and additions.

ARCHITECT + INTERIOR DESIGNER

Requirements

– Passion about design and residential design
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
– 1-5 years Experience with residential design, including bathrooms, kitchens and additions
– Outstanding design conceptualization skills
– Experience in interior design required especially in the European kitchen industry
– Experience with Chief Architect and/or AutoCAD/Revit/Sketchup
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
– Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
– Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service

Responsibilities

– Creative design.   Design amazing spaces
– Create high quality designs & plans
– Select project materials and finishes
– Process orders for customers in a timely manner
– Maintain constant communication with customer regarding purchases, order status and delivery.
– Coordinate the design with the project manager in the field

LEAD CARPENTER

Responsibilities and Duties
You will the Divine representative on the job site and responsible for everything that happens on the jobsite which happens on the project site from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include:

• As a Lead Carpenter you will own & manage and be responsible for the production of a high end remodeling project

• Complete ownership of the project

• Ensure projects adhere to the agreed upon client schedule and are completed on time.

• Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.

• Produce high quality work and excellent customer service

• Work with customers to resolve issues and obtain high client satisfaction survey ratings

• Continues to get educated in the field to further develop your skills which the company will fully support and pay for.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for carpenters experienced in residential remodeling:

• Reliable, punctual — must show up on time, every time

• Friendly, upbeat, organized and able to work well with others.

• Positive attitude, good team skills, good communication skills

• Experience managing other carpenters and subcontractors

• Detail oriented

• 3-years experience installing high end cabinetry, millwork and stairs

• Experience installing appliances

• CSL desirable but not required

• Own reliable transportation & tools

• Experience with tile, HVAC, etc is a plus
