Before & After: Bathroom Remodel Edition

Each time we begin a project, we take "before" photos. Not only does this help us in the design process, so we can reference the existing space, but it's always fun to take a look back on how far a space has come after the work has been completed and a room has been totally transformed. Many times, the original spaces are entirely unrecognizable. Ready for some of our best room makeovers? Take a peek at these "before" and "after" shots from a few of  our recent bathroom remodels.

1. Master bathroom in Boston, Massachusetts. When we first saw this Boston bathroom, the space was dated and overwhelmed by a pink color scheme.

Per the homeowner's wishes, we transformed the space into a spa-like retreat, with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two separate vanity stations for husband and wife.

2. MetroWest Boston bathroom remodel. Next up is a sprawling suburban home with a bathroom that made poor use of the abundant space, with vanity and bathtub cramped into one corner of the room.

We reconfigured the layout of the space to open it up and make it  more functional, and added luxurious, modern touches like a heated towel warming rack and rainfall shower, and wood-look tile flooring.

3. Beacon Hill, Boston Bathroom Redesign Another Boston project, another dated bathroom. This one, off the home's master bedroom, was dark and cramped, and needed more space for storage.

First, we opened up the space and added windows to let in natural light and create a more inviting room. We also added a bank of storage space along one wall to add function to this city home.
